For every additional Kg the amount is increasing 10euros.
Where items are shipped to destinations outside of the European Union you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the shipping destination. These costs are not included in the price of the items. Refusal to supply documentation or pay local sales tax and import duties will result in your parcel being returned to us. Any additional shipping costs or administration fees incurred as a result will be debited from the refund of the cost of your goods.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payments are made through JCC.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us but realise sometimes you may want to return an item. To provide full customer satisfaction you may cancel your purchase within seven working days from the day after receipt. We ask only that you return the item(s) unused, in the original condition, packaging, and with labels and tags still attached. We will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
TO CANCEL A PURCHASE
To cancel your purchase, either telephone or e-mail ib4e@cytanet.com.cy with your request. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we will then refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.
